Regarding an Error Caused by Game Settings

After the update on Tuesday, December 9, we have confirmed an issue where enabling the setting “Simplify Character Graphics” causes an error during the loading screen at game startup, preventing players from progressing.
an error appears during the startup loading screen and the game cannot proceed.
* Make sure to close the game from the Home screen, then go to:
Settings → Storage → Console Storage → Saved Data → Select ETERNAL → Delete
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
Until the problem is resolved, please avoid enabling the “Simplify Character Graphics” setting.

■Issue Details
When “Simplify Character Graphics” is turned ON,an error appears during the startup loading screen and the game cannot proceed.
■Temporary Workaround
Delete the ETERNAL save data* Make sure to close the game from the Home screen, then go to:
Settings → Storage → Console Storage → Saved Data → Select ETERNAL → Delete
